Monza

How a wet race livens things up, Monza is not as good as SPA was , but these two tracks will be remembered as the postcard races of this year.

40 laps remaining things are hotting up, it could be anybody's race.

Let me make some coffee in the break and hackle up the tata sky folks.

Hamilton is driving the whels of that Maclaren. This is good stuff , one of the best drives in the recent past.

Renault are predicting more rain in 5 mins ! Can you beat this drama.Monza is the fastest track in the circuit and in wet weather conditions these guys are clocking 240kmph average speed, what ever it takes guys.

Tata sky Update:Well that platinium pack stuf is not applicable to me, I get to have the sports channels till the end of my package duration :).

This has to be Hamilton's defining race.Kimi overtakes Heidfield. Webber next .....in line. Massa had a bad pit stop stuck behind the traffic.

28 laps remaining...Hamilton yet to pit. He is setting the fastest lap quicker by 2 secs over race leader.

It hasnt rained yet, the track is drying up, the wet tyres are startiing to grain. 23 laps remaining. Alonso has switched to intermediate tyres.Hamilton is aiming to finish the race in a single pit stop. If it doesnt rain Hamilton has to come back for another pit stop, if it rains Alonso has to come for a pit stop. This is fun.

Even in these conditions cars are leaving the parabolica curve at 320 kmph :).

Massa is on intermediates now, last pit stop for him aswell.T Glock aslo on intermediates.Kovlainen also on intermediates.Webber also on intermediates and Kubica too, track is drying , Hamilton what are you going to do! 19 laps remaining Nelsen Picquet yet to make a single pit stop. Webber goes for a spin but regains. Kimi on ntermediates now.Kimi on 13th now. Vettal the race leader into pts and on intermedaite now.Hamilton into pit, you have to dear on intermediate he is down to 10th place :).

Hamilton overtakes Webber he is into 9th.this is his race no matter who wins.

Vettal at 21 years f age is giving a good account of himself. He could win his first race here.

Last lap Vettal on course to his first gp win, his first pole too and possibly first vistory for Toro Rosso.

He gets it.

Hamilton now leads the driver championship by 1 point.

A great young driver what a moment for him. 21 years 2 months 13 days the youngest gp winner. Top 8 drivers seperated by 10 seconds, what a race.
