Circuit de Catalonia

Today's Spanish GP will decide this years championship as far as Ferarri's are concerned. They have got all the upgrades that they wanted, just three points from the last 4 races if they have to be competitive this year , it has to be now not later.
Unlike what I anticipated earlier, Brawn GP is still holding ground Button is a fantastic driver, and he is not letting this opportunity go begging. McLaren still dont ahve the speed, if one team can mount a challenge to Brawn and Red Bull , its got to be Ferrari.

A KERS Ferrari 1st corner is 12 mins away

KERS gives Massa 3rd position Barichello, Button, Massa

Sutil and both the Torro Rosso are out, safety car in..Kimi in 10th position

1st pitstop Button pitting, kimi retires
Barrichello pits, Massa leads
Massa pits

1st round of pit stops done, Same 1234, Barrichello managed to increase his lead over Button though.

Barrichello is on a 3 pit stop strategy , 13secs ahead of Button
he joins behind Vettal in 4th place
with 35 laps remaining, Button --> Massa --> Vettal --> Barichello

22 laps remaining , last rounds of pitstops coming
Button pits, 19 laps remaining
Barrichelo pits 18 laps remaining
Button --> Barrichello -->Webber-->Massa --> Vettal
Where did webber come from

Massa and Ferrari seem to have messed up with fuel.. 10 laps remaining
This is a big embrassment for Ferarri

9 laps remaining, Ferarri will most likely come for a pitstop Massa can slip to 6th or 7th

5 laps remaining, comeon Ferarri let the fuel last

Massa lets Vettal go through, 4 laps remaining

'Let it go Fillipe Let it go you got 16 secs to Alonso'

3 laps remaining

Alonso is now 13 secs behind, lapping 4 and a half secs faster than Massa

gap down to 3 secs

1 lap remaining

Alonso overtakes Massa

Massa crosses the finish line a 6th place finish

Ferarri have now got the hardware right, but they need to rethink on strategy, what the hell is going on, you dont make mistakes like that.

The Ferrari didnt have enough gas to bring Massa back to the pit lane, thats how close they ran it !. A optimistic outlook, but more hard work ahead.
