Ramblings

A great movie is a great movie if it was able to arouse emotions/feelings within you. If it can bring about shades of your personality that even you were not aware of.
A good song is the one which transcends your auditory sense.
A loving relationship is the one where someone understands your love.
A good friend is the one whith whom you can connect.


With all these artists, friends working so hard to offer something for your senses, why does the mind seek solitude. Perhaps it somehow finds out the motive behind all these ....... finds them hollow and fickle. It doesnt own them, it doesnt control them. It demands unwavering pure commitment which it can never find elsewhere but within itself.

If this theory is correct, the decision ought to be straightforward, but its not, it still seeks external satisfaction of those senses, a search that will never end. It knows deep down that its futile, but is desperate to excite those senses , it needs to be constantly made aware of its own existence through those senses. However fake it may sound right now ....it lives with false hope, for it has really no other choice. Once in a while though it gets disillusioned and withdraws inwards just for a brief moment though, and the cycle continues
