Two for the Road

Audyery Hepbrum again.

Made me fell Life is really quite simple but for one small detail I need a girl exactly like the way Joanne is in the first half of the movie. How sad, how easily people screw up things even after having all that tehy need , getting lost in their career, money, society and waht not.

Apart from the newly weds, for couples , marriage appears more of a convenience, I hardly see any romance, there is always sense of duty , a burden to live out the life. In India divorce rates are less, cause, there is no other option, getting acceptd in society is a must, so even if marriage is not working, if people see you as married thats enough. Things that should reall matter innocence, humour, playfulness, romance, is almost gone in a couple of years. I guess people just stop thinking about them after sme time, they become less important in the race.

We pursue all our material needs, couples buy a house, a car , a bank balance and all that, but somewhere in pursuit of all these they compromise on little things. Life is really not about all these, these are just mere extras in the cast, they look good when the lead characters perform, without the lead characters, extras are meaningless.

One small detail, in my life, there is no room for that sob David and also the blue car on teh road
